Recipes for Vegetarian Awareness Month

October is Vegetarian Awareness Month so we’re going to dive into some amazing meatless dishes in this post. If you eat meat, look at trading out at least one dinner a week for something that’s meatless. And no, this does not have to mean a salad! There are some amazing dishes out there to enjoy and get all the vitamins, nutrients and protein that you need.
