If you want to WOW! your family and guests this is a wonderful holiday glaze to put over any kind of ham. I love the orange cranberry flavor and the presentation is so elegant with the sauce over a spiral sliced ham. Enjoy….I did!

Weekly Ad Recipe - Cranberry Glazed Ham
Serves: 20
  • 7 Lb. Bone-in Ham, fully cooked
  • 4 Oz. Cranberry Sauce, whole berry
  • ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 T. Orange Zest
  • 3 T. Juice From Orange
  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place ham in shallow pan; cover with foil and bake 60 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, microwave remaining ingredients in microwavable bowl on high 30-45 seconds or until cranberry sauce is melted.
  4. Reserve half of the cranberry mixture.
  5. Remove foil from ham; brush cranberry mixture over ham and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until ham is heated through.
  6. Transfer ham to cutting board and let stand 15 minutes.
  7. Slice ham; serve with reserved cranberry mixture.

Here is a quick easy recipe that can be done in approximately 30 minutes. I not only served this with fresh raspberries but I also threw in some fresh blackberries with it. It was awesome!  Don’t forget to serve with a crisp green salad and some crusty bread and you have the perfect summer meal. Enjoy…I did!

Raspberry Glazed Chicken
Serves: 6
  • ½ Cup Raspberry jam
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1½ Cups Fresh raspberries
  1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil.
  2. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  3. Mix raspberry jam and mustard.
  4. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 20 to 25 minutes, brushing occasionally with jam mixture and turning once, until the internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
  5. Discard remaining jam mixture.
  6. Serve chicken topped with raspberries.

My husband loves pork chops so we tried these on the grill and he loved them.  The glaze was perfect.  Serve with a side of Apple Sauce and you have a wonderful meal.  Enjoy….we did!

Sweet and Sour Glazed Pork Chops
Serves: 4
  • Glaze
  • ¼ Cup Chili Sauce
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 2 T. Rice Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Dry Mustard
  • Pork Chops
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops, 6 oz. each
  • ½ tsp. Garlic-Pepper Blend
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. In small saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients.
  3. Cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with garlic-pepper blend, paprika and salt.
  5. When grill is heated, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6” from medium coals.
  6. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, until internal temperature of pork reaches at least 145°F., turning once or twice and brushing with glaze during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
