When I get home from work I don’t always have time to spend hours in the kitchen, and I have a feeling there are those of you out there who feel the same. So, I came across this quick 30 minute meal that I just had to share. It’s not only quick, but it is delicious and a nice healthy meal I can feed my family in under a half an hour. Weekly Ad Recipe Italian Crusted Boneless Pork Chops

This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. It’s quick to put together when you get home from work. The flavor is outstanding and the Duroc Pork Chops are the best! Very tender and very flavorful. Add a side of green beans and you have the perfect weeknight dinner in under 30 minutes. Enjoy… I did!

Italian Crusted Boneless Pork Chops
Serves: 4
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • ¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 3 T. Milk
  • ½ Cup Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese, optional
  1. Between pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper, place each pork chop; gently pound with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about ¼ inch thick.
  2. In shallow bowl, mix flour, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
  3. Place milk and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  4. Dip each pork chop in flour mixture, then dip in milk.
  5. Coat well with bread crumbs.
  6. In 12 inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  7. Cook pork in oil 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature of pork reaches at least 145 degrees.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.

Here is a quick easy recipe that can be done in approximately 30 minutes. I not only served this with fresh raspberries but I also threw in some fresh blackberries with it. It was awesome!  Don’t forget to serve with a crisp green salad and some crusty bread and you have the perfect summer meal. Enjoy…I did!

Raspberry Glazed Chicken
Serves: 6
  • ½ Cup Raspberry jam
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1½ Cups Fresh raspberries
  1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil.
  2. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  3. Mix raspberry jam and mustard.
  4. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 20 to 25 minutes, brushing occasionally with jam mixture and turning once, until the internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
  5. Discard remaining jam mixture.
  6. Serve chicken topped with raspberries.

Garlic Chili Chicken with Grilled Pineapple Salsa -

Garlic Chili Chicken with Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Serves: 4
  • 2 to 3 (14 ounces) Just BARE® Hand-Trimmed Boneless Skinless Breasts
  • ¼ Cup Asian Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 4 (1/2-inch thick) Slices Fresh Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 Serrano Chiles, seeded, finely chopped
  • 2 T. Fresh Cilantro Leaves, chopped
  • 2 T. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp. Toasted Cumin Seeds
  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken with some of the Asian chili garlic sauce; place on grill.
  3. Arrange pineapple slices alongside chicken.
  4. Cover and cook about 15 minutes, turning once and brushing chicken with sauce once more, until chicken is no longer pink in center and pineapple is browned.
  5. Remove chicken and pineapple from grill.
  6. Set chicken aside.
  7. Finely chop pineapple; mix with remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve over chicken.

This was a great steak of you like a little spice in your life. I have also prepared this recipe with my favorite barbecue sauce in place of the steak sauce and that give it even more flavor.  Enjoy….I did!

Grilled Southwestern Steak
Serves: 4
  • 2 Boneless Beef Ribeye Steaks (1 lb.)
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 T. Taco Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ Cup Steak Sauce
  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush steaks with oil; coat with taco seasoning.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Grill 5 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.
  5. Brush with steak sauce; grill 4-5 minutes until internal temperature of meat reaches 145°F., turning after 2 minutes.
  6. Remove steaks from grill; cover with foil.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Suggested Wine Pairing: Dancing Bull Zinfandel
