Meal #2 – Chicken With Grilled Veggies


Grilled Squash & Green Beans
 
Ingredients
  • Yellow Squash
  • Fresh Green Beans
  • Seasonings
Instructions
  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Clean and cube yellow squash.
  3. In a large bowl, toss squash and green beans with olive oil and your choice of seasonsings.
  4. Wrap in foil and grill for about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

What You’ll Need:

Meal #3 – Mini Meatballs Smack ‘n Cheese


Mini Meatball Smack 'n Cheese
 
Ingredients
  • Simek's Mini Meatballs
  • 1-2 Boxes Macaroni & Cheese
Instructions
  1. Prepare mac & cheese according to package directions.
  2. Top with cooked Simek's mini meatballs and serve hot.

Meal #5 – Grilled Pork Chops & Veggies


Grilled Pork Chops With Tomato & Zucchini
 
Ingredients
  • 4 Bone-in Center cut Pork Chops
  • 8 Oz. Cherry Tomatoes, or grape tomatoes
  • 2 Zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 Red Onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Seasoned Salt, such as Lawry’s
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, toss tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Prepare grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Season pork with seasoned salt; grill until internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 4½ minutes per side.
  4. Place vegetables in grill basket (or wrap in foil); grill, turning or tossing occasionally, until crisp-tender and lightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove chops from grill and let rest 3 minutes. Remove vegetables and cover to keep warm while chops rest. Serve the chops topped with the vegetables.

Meal #6 – Breakfast Crescent Bake


Canadian Bacon & Egg Crescent Bake
 
Ingredients
  • 8 Ct. Food Club Crescent Rolls
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 Oz. Canadian Bacon, diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1½ Cups Shredded Cheese, your flavor choice
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll dough, and press into bottom and 1 inch up sides of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. If using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal. Prick all over with fork. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until dough is set but not browned.
  3. In medium bowl, beat eggs; pour into dough-lined pan. Top with Canadian bacon, bell pepper and cheese. Bake 17 to 22 minutes longer or until eggs are set and crust browns.

Meal #7 – Tortellini With Ham & Peas


Tortellini With Ham & Peas
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Frozen Cheese Tortellini
  • 6 Oz. Hormel Canadian Bacon
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
  • ½ Cup Butter, unsalted & cut into pieces
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook tortellini until just al dente (do not overcook), as package label directs. Add peas to pot for last 30 seconds of cooking time.
  2. Drain tortellini and peas and return to pot. Stir in butter, milk, salt, pepper, Parmesan and Canadian bacon. Turn stove on to medium heat and cook, stirring, until ingredients are heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
