Meal #1 – Chicken Parmesan


Chicken Parmesan
 
Ingredients
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Spaghetti Noodles
Instructions
  1. Prepare 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in single layer in pan; pour pasta sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  2. Remove foil; sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve over bed of noodles

Meal #3 – Cowboy Beef Pasta


Cowboy Beef Pasta
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 15 Oz. Pinto Beans
  • 12 Oz. VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 10 Oz. Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1.25 Oz. Chili Seasoning Mix, to taste - may use entire package
  • 1⁄4 tsp. Liquid Smoke (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
Instructions
  1. Cook shells & cheese according to package; set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat covered.
  3. When done add both meat mixture and noodles together until completely combined and serve warm.

Ingredients
  • 2 Lb. (12 to 18) Chicken Wingettes & Drummettes
  • 12 Oz. Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat jelly-roll pan (15”x 10”x1”) with cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken in a single layer on prepared pan. Pour glaze over chicken wings. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  3. Turn chicken; continue to bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.

Meal #7 – Roasted Chicken & Veggies


Roasted Chicken & Veggies
 
Ingredients
  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Desired Veggies (Potatoes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, etc...)
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasonings
Instructions
  1. Slice chicken into ½” thick pices.
  2. Cube desired amount of potatoes.
  3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add about ½ cup olive oil and your choice of seasonings. Toss to coat chicken and vegetables.
  4. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Stir occassionally during baking.
