Meal #6 – Slow Cooker Chicken & Mushroom Stroganoff


Slow Cooker Chicken & Mushroom Stroganoff
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
  • 8 Oz. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 10.5 Oz. Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1.25 Oz. Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish
  • 16 Oz. Large Egg Noodles, cooked
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker.
  2. Add mushrooms.
  3. In medium bowl add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and dry onion soup mix.
  4. Mix until incorporated and spread on top of chicken and mushrooms.
  5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4.
  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles and top with fresh parsley, salt and pepper.

Hawaiian Chicken
 
Ingredients
  • 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 Oz. Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 16-18 Oz. Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in a greased 3.5-5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Combine drained pineapple and BBQ sauce in a bowl and pour over meat.
  3. Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or on low heat for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve over rice.
