Fresh Seasoned Chicken Breasts With Scalloped Potatoes & Corn

These pre-seasoned chicken breast taste great no matter how you cook them!

What You’ll Need:

  • 24 Oz. Gold’n Plump Fresh Seasoned Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast – $4.99

MEAL TWO:

One Pan Sausage, Broccoli & Parmesan Pasta

This recipe could easily be modified to suit your family’s tastes. Try adding carrots or cauliflower.

One Pan Sausage, Broccoli & Parmesan Pasta
 
Ingredients
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil, separated
  • 16 Oz. Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 Lb. Broccoli, stems removed; coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Cups Chicken Stock or Chicken Broth
  • 12 Oz. Rotini Noodles
  • 5 Oz. Freshly Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish, squeeze of lemon, pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil into a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Thoroughly cook Italian sausage, breaking apart as it cooks. Move to edges of pan.
  3. Add in chopped broccoli and sauté until crisp tender, adding more olive oil if needed. Toss with sausage; transfer to plate.
  4. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of fat, add one tablespoon of olive oil, then mix in garlic, dried parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour in chicken stock. Mix well.
  6. Add entire box of rotini noodles; mix well.
  7. Cook on High for 8-10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  8. Add sausage and broccoli back in. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
