Veggie Spaghetti

Pasta Primevera with Zoodles

  • 10oz Crazy Fresh Zucchini Veggie Spaghetti
  • 10oz Bag Dole Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Yellow Squash Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Thinly Sliced
  • 1Ž4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1pt Cherry Tomatoes cut in Half
  • 1Ž2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. On a large heavy baking sheet, toss all of the vegetables with the oil, salt, pepper, and dried herbs to coat.
  2. Transfer half of the vegetable mixture to another heavy large baking sheet and arrange
  3. evenly over the baking sheets.
  4. Bake until the carrots are tender and the vegetables begin to brown, stirring after the first 10 minutes, about 20 minutes total.
  5. Toss with the cherry tomatoes. Season the pasta with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Pesto Pasta
  • 10oz Crazy Fresh Zucchini Veggie Spaghetti
  • 1Ž2 jar of pesto sauce
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1Ž2 container feta cheese
