Ingredients
  • Breaded Shrimp, tails removed
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Onion, sliced or chopped
  • Red or Green Cabbage, shredded
  • Mayo
  • French Bread
Instructions
  1. Bake shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Cut bread lengthwise. Add mayo to one or both sides of cut bread.
  3. Add desired amount of shrimp and remaining ingredients.

Meatball Biscuit Sliders

Here’s a simple and fun recipe that delivers big on taste!

Meatball Biscuit Sliders
 
Ingredients
  • Italian Style Meatballs
  • 8 Ct. Jumbo Biscuits
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Prepare meatballs and biscuits according to package directions.
  2. Once biscuits have cooled, cut open. Place desired number of meatballs on one half of each biscuit.
  3. Spoon 1-2 spoonfuls of marinara sauce over tops of meatballs. Sprinkle cheese on top of sauce.
  4. Place the halves of the biscuits with toppings back into oven for a few minutes to melt cheese. Once melted, place other half of biscuit on top of each and serve hot.

Fish Tacos

Change up the usual tacos with this delicious fish taco recipe!

Easy Fish Tacos with Quick Cabbage Slaw
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
  • ¼ Cup Carrot, Shredded
  • 2 to 3 Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fish Fillets, cooked
  • Tortilla Shells
Instructions
  1. Place shredded cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle with ½ tsp of salt. Massage and squeeze cabbage to help release liquid and begin wilting. Transfer cabbage to a strainer set over a bowl and let drain for about 15 minutes.
  2. Squeeze cabbage of its excess liquid, one handful at a time, and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add carrot and green onions; toss to combine.
  3. Whisk together minced garlic, lime juice, and mayonnaise. Taste and add salt, and pepper if desired. Pour over cabbage mix and toss to combine.
  4. Tear apart fish fillet, if desired, and place into tortilla shell. Top with fresh cabbage slaw. Other optional toppings: Avocado, lime or salsa.
