MEAL ONE:

Slow Cooker Mexican Pot Roast

This Mexican Pot Roast recipe is a great way to change up a traditional slow cooker roast.

Slow Cooker Mexican Pot Roast
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Large Onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lb. Baby Red Potatoes
  • 2.5 - 3 Lb. Boneless Beef Roast
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 14.5 Oz. Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
Instructions
  1. Spray 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange onion and potatoes in slow cooker and place beef on top, add seasonings.
  3. Pour tomatoes over beef and vegetables.
  4. Cover; cook on low 8-9 hours until beef is tender and cooked through.

This Chicken Alfredo is easy to make and tastes amazing!

Easy Chicken Alfredo
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Uncooked Pasta
  • 6 Oz. Cooked Chicken, cubed
  • 4.5 Oz. Can Mushrooms, sliced
  • 16 Oz. Jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 10 Oz. Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • ⅓ Cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, cook remaining ingredients in large sauce pan over medium-low heat until heated through.
  3. Serve warm alfredo sauce over cooked pasta.

These ham and cheese biscuits are fun to make and are sure to be a hit with the family.

Ingredients
  • 16 Oz. Can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 8 Slices American Cheese
  • 8 Oz. Ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Water
Instructions
  1. Press 4 biscuits into 5 inch rounds on ungreased large cookie sheet. Top each with 2 slices cheese and 2 ounces of ham.
  2. Press remaining 4 biscuits into 6 inch rounds; place over ham. Press edges with fork to seal.
  3. Beat egg and water with fork; brush over biscuits.
  4. Bake 13-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

This hearty chicken pot pie recipe will warm the family up on the cold winter nights.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables

  • 10.75 Oz. Can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Bisquick Baking Mix
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased glass pie plate.
  3. Stir together remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate on top of chicken mixture.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
