MEAL ONE: 

Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread

This takes the classic combination of chicken, bacon and ranch and makes it extra special.

Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Loaf Rhodes Bake N Serv White Frozen Bread
  • 2 Precooked Chicken Breasts, diced or shredded
  • ⅓ Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • ¼ Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon; reserve 2 Tbsp
Instructions
  1. Combine chicken, ranch, parsley, cheese and bacon into bowl and mix until well blended
  2. Cut pre-baked bread in half lengthwise, open and place on sheet pan lined with foil.
  3. Mush inside of bread down to make room for chicken mixture.
  4. Butter bread, then fill with chicken mixture, top with reserved bacon.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bread is warmed through.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, slice into servings.

MEAL THREE: 

Homemade Lasagna

This lasagna recipe is sure to be a new favorite.

Homemade Lasagna

Serves: 6-8
 
Ingredients
  • 1.5 Lb. Lean Fresh Ground Turkey
  • 4 Cups Pasta Sauce
  • 6 Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
  • 15 Oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • 2½ Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Hot Water
Instructions
  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce.
  3. Spread one-third of meat sauce in a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish; layer with 3 noodles and half each of ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. (The ricotta cheese layers will be thin.)
  4. Repeat procedure; spread remaining one-third of meat sauce over mozzarella cheese.
  5. Slowly pour ¼ cup hot water around inside edge of dish.
  6. Tightly cover baking dish with 2 layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  7. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes; uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Barbecue Ranch Turkey Burgers
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • 1.5 Lb. Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Onion
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
Instructions
  1. Using your hands, mix all ingredients together.
  2. (You may need to add more or less bread crumbs in order to get the consistency right.)
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Bake or grill at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 165°.

Sausage and Ramen Noodle Stir Fry
 
Ingredients
  • 13 Oz. Oscar Mayer Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced
  • 2 Pkg. (3 oz.) Ramen Noodles (any flavor)
  • 1 Lb. Snow Peas, trimmed
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 Green Onions, sliced, divided
  • ½ Cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
Instructions
  1. Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, discard seasoning packet from ramen noodle packet.
  3. Add noodles to saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 min; drain.
  4. Add snow peas, garlic and half of onions to cooked sausage; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until peas are crisp-tender.
  5. Add dressing and noodles; stir-fry 2 min. or until heated through.
  6. Top with remaining onions.
