Ingredients
  • 1 Box Velveeta Shells Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 Small Jar Pasta Sauce
  • 15 Oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 14.5 Oz. Basil, Garlic & Oregano Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Lb. 80% Lean Ground Beef
Instructions
  1. Prepare Velveeta Shells & Cheese as directed on package
  2. Meanwhile, brown and chop ground beef (fry with onions, optional)
  3. Drain beef
  4. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, and tomato sauce to browned ground beef.
  5. Mix Velveeta Shells & Cheese with ground beef mixture and serve.

Tater Tot Hotdish
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 10.75 Oz. Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.75 Oz. Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 16 Oz. Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 16 Oz. Package Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1½ Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef with the onion; drain off any fat.
  2. Stir in the soups, milk, and the vegetables.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13" baking dish.
  4. Arrange the tater tots on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the tater tots are brown and crisp.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the tater tots, return the dish to the oven, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Cheesy Garlic Chicken & Shells
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • 8 Small Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lb.)
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 Pkg. (24 oz.) Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 Large Tomato, chopped
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in Dutch oven or large saucepot on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove from pan; set aside.
  5. Add water to pan; bring to boil.
  6. Stir in Shell Macaroni; top with chicken.
  7. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 12 min. or until shells are tender.
  8. Stir in tomato and Cheese Sauce.
  9. Cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until cheese sauce is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

Roasted Parmesan Broccoli
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Large Head Broccoli, sliced into 1 inch thick steaks
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan
  • Lemon Zest From Half A Lemon
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add sliced broccoli to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and olive oil; toss gently.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes, add sliced garlic, and return to oven.
  5. Bake 6 minutes, sprinkle with parmesan; bake for additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, dust with lemon zest.
  7. Serve hot.
