Weekly Ad Recipe – Marinated Broccoli Tomato Salad

Wow, move over potato salad! I served this salad at my last pot luck and it was a hit over any other salad there. Very quick and easy recipe. You don’t even have to cook the broccoli so it saved so much time.

Ingredients

6 Cups    Fresh Broccoli Crowns, coarsely chopped
1 Cup    Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Cup    Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Crumbles
1/2 Cup    Red Onions, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup    Almonds, slivered
1/2 Cup    Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tsp.    Dijon Mustard

Directions

Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for one hour.
Makes 8 Servings
