This recipe is easy and very delicious and is a great item to serve for an appetizer or during those football parties. I used tortilla chips with this recipe and added some salsa on top along with sliced ripe olives. We just loved it!!
Ingredients
8 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Avocado, peeled pitted & chopped
2 T. Red Onion, finely chopped
1 T. Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1 T. Lime Juice
Directions
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese. Serve with snack crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
