Weekly Ad Recipe – Slow-Cooker Pot Roast

Slow-Cooker Pot RoastThis was a great recipe! I also sliced Portobello mushrooms and then added them to the roast towards the end of the cooking process. You can also add baby carrots to this recipe and they are wonderful too!

Ingredients

1 Lb.  New Potatoes
1/2  Onion, sliced
2-3 Lbs.  Boneless Beef Arm Cut Chuck Roast
1/2 Cup  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Olive Oil
1/4 Cup  Beef Broth
1/4 Cup  Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker; cover with lid. Cook on low 8-9 hours. Place meat on platter; surround with vegetables. Drizzle sauce over meat and vegetables. Top with parsley.
Makes 8 Servings
