I have made this recipe several times and it is a great combination of flavors. When watermelon is not in season I have tried strawberries instead and I have also added a couple of tablespoons of fresh mint to the salad for extra flavor and they are both wonderful!

Suggested Wine Pairing
St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc
Nothing spells summer to me like a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing on warm summer days. Because of its crisp nature Sauvignon Blanc pairs nicely with food. The shrimp and balsamic vinegar of this recipe are perfect pairs for this wine.
